FAQ

Essential guide to Paddle Board rentals for your water adventures.

  • We provide one type of Paddle Board: the 11-foot Paddle Board is built to meet various preferences and skill levels. Our selection is great for solo adventures, we do not do tandem riding unless it is an adult with a kid. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced paddler these boards will meet your needs.

  • Renting a Paddle Board from Paddle Shack is easy and convenient. Start by selecting your preferred Paddle Board either online or by calling us at 352-502-0912. Next specify how long you need your rental and also by providing a valid ID and credit card for the reservation. We supply all necessary equipment like paddles and life vests. Once you’re done, simply meet us at the designated location and we will pick up and check in the equipment.

  • For a safe and enjoyable Paddle Board outing, consider packing the following essentials: wear quick-drying clothing appropriate for the weather and avoid cotton as it holds moisture. Water shoes or sandals that are good in water are great. Protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat, even on cloudy days. Bring along water and snacks in a small dry bag to stay hydrated and energized, especially for longer trips. Use a waterproof bag to keep your valuables like phones and cameras dry. While we supply life vests, additional safety items like a whistle or waterproof flashlight could be beneficial. These items will help make your paddling experience comfortable and memorable.

  • We will meet and deliver Paddle Boards, life jackets and supplies in the central Florida area.  Some popular areas are Rainbow Springs State Park, Blue Run on Rainbow Springs and Silver Springs State Park.
